Submission Guidelines

Call for symposia and abstracts:
Symposia: Deadline for symposia submissions is April 30, 2023 at 11:59pm EDT. Each symposium should include a chair and 4 individual presenters or 3 individual presenters and a discussant. The symposium chair should provide a symposium proposal of max. 1000 words that gives an integrative overview of the goals of the proposed symposium. Please also provide separate 250 word abstracts for each individual contribution, using the following structure: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion. No tables or figures are allowed. Please note that following ISPNE rules, all symposium chairs and symposium speakers have to pay the conference fees and cover their travel expenses, unless they are invited plenary speakers. All abstracts for the same symposium must be submitted simultaneously. Symposia will be evaluated for inclusivity across diversity, gender and academic seniority levels. Please note that the Symposium Chair is responsible for the submission of all abstracts from the presenting authors, and to input key information about the presenting authors.

Individual abstracts:
Deadline for abstract submissions for individual poster and individual oral presentations is April 30, 2023 at 11:59pm EDT. Abstracts should be less than 250 words with the following sections: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion. No tables or figures are allowed. A small group of abstracts will be selected for oral presentations and grouped into themes for symposia or added to existing symposia. Abstracts that are not selected as oral presentations will be presented as posters. Please indicate during submission whether a poster or oral presentation is preferred.
